JOB DESCRIPTION


DEPARTMENT
Management

BASIC ROLE
To assure the proper management, maintenance, and improvements of the facility

RELATIONSHIPS
Reports to the Area Manager and maintains relationships with all associates as well as, current and prospective customers

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maximize the income potential for the facility in accordance with the owner's objectives
  • Supervise the duties, delegation, and responsibilities of all assigned subordinates, and carry out any changes deemed beneficial to the overall operation of the facility
  • Assure thorough training and development of all assigned subordinates
