Property Manager Job Description

DEPARTMENT:  Management

BASIC ROLE: To assure the proper management, maintenance, and improvements of the facility

RELATIONSHIPS:  Reports to the Area Manager and maintains relationships with all associates as well as, current and prospective customers

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maximize the income potential for the facility in accordance with the owner's objectives
  • Supervise the duties, delegation, and responsibilities of all assigned subordinates, and carry out any changes deemed beneficial to the overall operation of the facility
  • Assure thorough training and development of all assigned subordinates
